When you look back at all the innovations, new techniques and inventions, you’ll see that everything started only with an idea. But to convert it into a successful end product, it needs money and support.

As the name implies, Venture Capital has always something to do with a certain risk. But how is it called? No risk no fun?

On the 26^th of October 2016, the fun will take place in Ilmenau and we will be there, too.

The Venture Capital Campus is an event where people who are interested in setting up their own business as well as startups and investors are brought together. The program with its workshops, keynotes and presentations from different entrepreneurs is very diverse and definitely worth it. And it is a great opportunity to get in contact with other founders to exchange experiences and to get a hint of this entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm and wealth of ideas. Especially, the transfer of knowledge with a focus of foundations could give you a great impact for your own business idea.

Robert Kummer, one of the initiators of the Startup Week Miami also has the chance to present his Business idea Facily at the VC Campus.

It’s really a great opportunity for me, especially shortly before the Startup Week in Miami. It’s special, becaus I’ill get a 90 minutes Slot where I can present my Business idea. Afterwards the audience can ask me all sorts of questions and of course criticise some aspects. Thus, I’m sure I’ll get helpfull feedback before I’ll pitch it in Miami. It’s defenitely a difference whether you practice it infront of friends and family or unfamiliar people who ask you difficult questions. And I think it’ll help to change or improve one or the other thing.  

Afterwards, there is the chance to talk with the founders about current challenges during the Business routine. We wish Robert good luck and and a good time at the VC-Campus. You are interested now? There are still ticktes available.

Wenn du an all die Innovationen, neuen Techniken und Erfindungen denkst, dann wirst du schnell bemerken, dass sie alle mit einer kleinen Idee angefangen haben. Um diese letztendlich in ein erfolgreiches Produkt umzuwandeln, braucht es jedoch viel Zeit, Unterstützung und Geld.

Wie der Name schon sagt hat Venture Capital immer etwas mit einem gewissen Risiko zu tun. Aber wie war das nochmal? No risk no fun?

Am 26. Oktober 2016 findet dieser „Spaß“ in Ilmenau statt und wir sind auch dabei.

Der Venture Capital Campus ist eine Veranstaltung, bei der Gründungswillige, Startups sowie Investoren an einem Ort zusammengebracht werden. Das Programm mit seinen Workshops, Keynotes und Gründergeschichten ist sehr vielseitig und lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Es bietet zudem eine tolle Möglichkeit Kontakte mit anderen Gründern zu knüpfen, sich auszutauschen und den Gründerspirit und Enthusiasmus zu erleben. Vor allem die Wissensvermittlung mit dem Fokus auf Gründungen kann dir viel Input für deine eigene Geschäftsidee geben.

Es ist wirklich eine super Chance für mich, gerade so kurz vor der Startup Week in Miami. Das Besondere ist, dass ich einen 90 minütigen Slot bekomme, in dem ich meine Geschäftsidee vorstellen werde. Anschließend kann mir das Publikum alle möglichen Fragen dazu stellen und natürlich auch Kritik ausüben. Somit bekomme ich noch wertvolles Feedback zu meiner Idee bevor ich sie in Miami pitchen werde. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein großer Unterschied, ob ich es nur vor der Familie und Freunden übe, oder doch nochmal kritischen Fragen ausgesetzt werde und ich das ein oder andere verbessern kann.

Direkt im Anschluss gibt es die Möglichkeit mit den Gründern über die aktuellen Herausforderungen eines Gründeralltags zu diskutieren. Wir wünschen Robert viel Erfolg und Spaß dabei. Ist euer Interesse nun auch geweckt? Dann könnt ihr euch jeder Zeit noch Tickets besorgen.
